We've been supplying catering for functions and events for over ten years, and with every year our client-base grows ever larger with customers both new and existing coming to us to arrange the catering requirements for their events. Working with some of the finest suppliers available we can guarantee that none of your guests will leave a Corporate Leisure catered-event unsatisfied.
We appreciate that every event is different, and our chefs and catering staff will work closely with you to ensure that your every need and want is taken care of. However, to give you a number of ideas to begin with please view a number of our suggestions below:
Corporate Events/Multi-Activity Days: A day out of the office always requires so much more food than one in the office, and these suggestions ensure that none of your guests start to flag midway through an activity. Tea and coffee, as well as danish pastries and hot bacon, sausage and egg rolls can be served on arrival, followed by a mid-morning break for further refreshment. Lunch, comprising of a finger buffet or barbeque, can then be served, with afternoon tea (including scones, pastries and other sweet delicacies) making a welcome break mid-afternoon. With water and soft drinks supplied throughout the day, these suggestions can be tailored to easily meet your requirements.
Family Fun Days: In a bid to produce as healthy and satisfying a menu as possible we have been working closely with our suppliers to ensure that all of your family's palates will be catered for. Children's Picnic Boxes (including sandwiches, fruit, drinks and a sweet surprise) can be provided to compliment lavish Hampers for the adults (containing a selection of antipasti, superior-range sandwiches, hand-cooked kettle crisps with piquant dips, sponge cakes, salads and strawberries with cream). These are merely suggestions, however, and we fully recommend that you speak with one of our Event Managers to discuss the full range of options with you.
Barbeques: Our most popular catering option throughout the summer, and a consistent winner with all of our clients. Available to you are not only the traditional barbecue options such as beef burgers, premium sausages, marinated chicken breasts and kebabs, but also more 'advanced' culinary delights, such as fillet steaks, lamb and pork chops, chilli-rubbed salmon, pancetta and thyme sausages, stilton and port burgers, halloumi and roasted pepper wraps - if it can be grilled then it can be on your menu. With a Corporate Leisure barbeque, you also recieve the full range of trimmings, including fried onions, coleslaw, mixed salads, french bread and a variety of relishes. We also believe that a 'vegetarian' option shouldn't mean a blackened and burnt bean-burger, therefore, please contact our offices for our ideas to tempt even the most jaded of palates.
Hog Roasts: If it's meat that you're after, and lots of it, then look no further than a hog roast. Brilliant for school fetes, family fun days and company barbeques, a hog roast provides not only a feast for the stomach but also a symphony for the eyes. Not only available as a traditional pork roast, we can also offer a lamb spit roast, studded with garlic and rosemary for a more succulent flavour. Silver Service: Working closely with both our preferred caterers and venues, we can offer you not only some amazing sit-down five course meals but also some stunning locations in which to eat them. If you are planning a gala or fundraising dinner, celebratory meal or company awards ceremony then Corporate Leisure have some inspiring and exciting options for you to consider, and if it's after-dinner entertainment that you're looking for, as well as a delicious dinner, then you've certainly come to the right company.
Fun Food: Bring a smile to the faces of all those with a sweet tooth with our appetising range of Fun Foods. Fully portable and capable of pleasing your guest's stomachs anywhere in the country, you can choose from our selection of Candy Floss, Popcorn, 'Mr. Whippy'-style Ice Creams and Mini Donuts. All of these can be hired as equipment only, with an attendant or with one of our stalls. For a more awe-inspiring vending unit we recommend our Inflatable Candy Floss Stall, guaranteed to form an eye-catching centrepiece to your food dispensing area.
