"It's A Knockout": What you need to Know

· A full size "It's a Knockout" requires approximately half the size of a football pitch to be run successfully. A level grass field is ideal.

· Corporate Leisure International do not supply paramedics or first-aid cover as standard. The client will need to organise this or we can, at additional cost, arrange it for them.

· All contestants taking part in one of our "It's a Knockout" events do so at their own risk, and are required to sign a disclaimer before the event commences. Participation in any of the events is not compulsory, and no-one is obliged to take part in anything that they do not want to.

· If you require any water-based games then you must arrange for the venue to supply a water hose (minimum length: 150ft) onto the arena. We will not be able to provide water-based games if this is not met due to the requirement of a constant flow of water to facilitate the running of the games. If Corporate Leisure International organise the venue then we will arrange water if available and if required.

· All of our "It's A Knockout" packages include all power requirements, including fuel costs.

· There is no limit to the number of contestants you can have in each team, although we ask that you ensure that you have an even amount of teams taking part.

· An average 6 game 'knockout', based on 8 teams taking part, will take 3 and a 1/2 hours to run.  We will require access to the venue at least two hours before the start of the event and we will require another hour at the end to pack up, more if water-based games have been used.

· We will require at least double-door access to the venue, although we do prefer to have 'drive-on' access wherever possible due to the sheer amount of equipment we provide for our "It's a Knockout" experience.

· Contestants are advised to wear sports-based clothing - ie. tracksuits, shorts, t-shirts etc. and trainers or other soft-soled shoes. Contestants are requested that they remove loose items of jewellery and valuable items from their persons before taking part in any of the events. If water-based games are being played, contestants are advised to bring a towel and spare clothes with them.
