Corporate Leisure Terms

Once you have decided which event, entertainment or inflatable you would like, telephone us on Freephone 0800 9173380, e-mail us at sales@corporateleisure.co.uk or fill in the quick contact form on our "Contact Us" page, and our events team will be able help you and check availability, cost and anything else you may need.

Our office hours are 9.00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and a 24-hour answering machine service will be available at all other times, including Bank holidays. Should your event be occuring outside of office hours, you will be provided with the contact number of the Event Manager assigned to your event, ensuring ease of contact and peace of mind.

Below you will find a copy of Corporate Leisure International's Terms and Conditions. If you have any queries or comments regarding these, please do not hesitate to contact our offices, where a member of staff will be happy to discuss them with you.

Confirmation of your booking

If the games, entertainment, activities or inflatables you require are available, we can hold a provisional booking for you (only for a maximum of 5 working days)

A booking contract will be sent to you, one for your records and one to be returned to our office.

The contract needs to be checked and signed, then returned with a 40% deposit to confirm your booking.

The signed booking contract must be received within the period agreed, otherwise the provisional booking will be cancelled.

A booking is not confirmed by us until we have received the signed contract and 40% deposit. At the top of the contract will be a booking reference number, which must be quoted in all correspondence.

Final Payment

Remaining payment is required 7 working days prior to the actual event date unless otherwise agreed.

Amended /Cancelled Bookings

Any changes or cancellations regarding this agreement must be agreed by Corporate Leisure International and confirmed in writing by the hirer

Corporate Leisure International is not responsible for non-fulfillment or breach of any contracts by proprietors, managers, employers or artists, but every reasonable safeguard is assured. Wherever possible in such cases, Corporate Leisure International will replace the act, equipment or engagement of artist with one of similar price and quality.

The hirer agrees that on cancellation of the event the hirer will pay the following cancellation charges.

Cancellation sixty days prior to the event date 50% of the total charge

Cancellation thirty days prior to the event date 100% of the total charge

Corporate Leisure International cannot guarantee any booking or verbal agreement if contract and monies is not signed and received within the return period as stated

Where operators and artistes are prevented from operating equipment or performing their act because of inclement weather, safety reasons or any other circumstances beyond their control, the full fee shall still be payable providing they attend the venue.

Corporate Leisure International accepts no liability for any damage, loss, illness or injury resulting from this event howsoever that may have been caused, save for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence. Corporate Leisure International accepts no liability for any illness or injury resulting from over exertion, aggravation or precipitation of any medical condition caused by participating in this event. All persons participate in this event on the expressed understanding that it is at their own risk and participants are strongly advised to seek medical advice before participating.

Conditions of Hire

These rules and regulations are set out to the standards of the Health and Safety Executive (PM76) and the local authority. they are there to protect you as a customer. Please ensure that they are adhered to

Shoes must be removed before using inflatable.
No food or drink on any of the equipment
Children's 12 x 12 inflatables or smaller are for children UNDER 13 years of age.
Childrens inflatables are NOT TO BE USED BY ADULTS.
Do not allow anyone with medical conditions, which may put them at risk or injury (e.g. brittle bone disease or temporary injuries) to use inflatables.
A responsible adult must oversee and supervise the equipment at all times.
Do not allow users to climb the walls of the inflatables.
Do not allow toys or outside equipment on to the inflatables. They may cause injury if fallen upon.
Limit the number of people on the inflatable at any one time to a safe level.
Avoid having older children on the castle at the same time as younger.
Never drag equipment. Always lift it.
Do not allow the blower or plugs to get wet. (Waterproof plugs and extensions provided)
Where possible, place the equipment away from any potential risks to users bouncing off it. (E.g. fences, bushes etc).
Do not allow users to do acrobatics or use inflatable in an unsafe fashion.
Do not allow users under the influence of alcohol to use the inflatable.

i) Corporate Leisure and their contractors will always aim to place your inflatable in the safest position possible, in compliance with the above regulations. Should the surroundings prove unsafe for the use of the inflatable or to the equipment itself, corporate leisure reserves the right to remove the equipment. Should this be the case the full fee will still be payable. In the circumstances, should the hirer agree on the equipment staying, then they themselves are then fully responsible for the use of the equipment, and any occurrences in connection with the equipment.

ii) On accepting the placement and delivery of the equipment, the hirer is fully responsible for the equipment. Should any damage occur due to misuse of the equipment, or failure to comply with the terms and conditions, then the hirer bears full financial responsibility for any repair or replacement costs.

iii) Any inflatable left with a client overnight must be kept overnight in a safe location. Corporate Leisure will not allow the castle to be left if conditions are not appropriate. In this case, full payment is still owed.
